Given its pedigree of executive producers Sheldon Leonard and Carl Reiner, it becomes easy to draw parallels between Good Morning, World and The Dick Van Dyke Show. Here, half the program focuses on what happens at the radio station (as opposed to a TV station of Dick Van Dyke) with the other half focusing on their home lives. The writing is brisk and slick, and the "Nude Ranch" episode stands out as a defining episode, not to mention cutting edge for the mid '60s! |
